Secret Society by James Beard Award winner RJ Cooper, is a study in avant-garde cooking with each bite is designed to thrill the senses and pushing the limits of what we have come to expect from food. Chef and the Culinary Team’s creations combine science, art, imagination, as well as tradition and technique.
